Just follow your intuition if you crave liver eat it. Organs are incredibly satiating so you should see quick progress

@rashed you really don’t need to go to the gym, I just eat well and do mild calisthenics, like 4 sets of pull ups and a few push ups a day (not until failure) and I’d say I have a decent physique, just focus on eating good and you’ll get to the ideal body fat % anyways
@veloman I’m not sure if you remember But I am a huge dairy fan I mean there isn’t enough dairy in the world for me I currently drink 1L of raw fresh buffalo milk and around 600ml of fermented cows milk with the eggs and liver I will have no problem at all with stepping it up to 2L of buffalo milk but I’m lowk worried about gaining fat since how yummy and creamy buffalo milk is and I’m active I go on walks in the morning and right before sunset and also walk to wherever I can walk to but im traveling in summer and i want to be lean so i can crack foids every day

@rashed are you no carb/low carb? If so you don’t have to worry about gaining weight, losing weight however may be difficult, just cut down on the dairy as it’s not essential, maybe put it down to 500ml a day, and Yh walk more

@rashed calories are just a unit of energy. It's calculated by combustion of that food in a closed thermodynamic system. Our body is not a closed system. It's open and changing. While calories may give you a good idea of the energy that would be yielded from eating a specific amount of food, it may also not. The calculations for calories can be very off, and even if they are spot on, metabolic efficiency can change the amount of atp yielded and thus the amount of potential energy stored.
