New to primal diet, problems and issues.

    Hello all, I come here to possibly gain some insight from more experienced people on this topic so I will babble on a bit. I started raw primal 5-6 months ago, it was a rude awakening the first 1-2 months of starting it with constant stomach issues (bloating, nausea, diarrhea, sweats) that’s since calmed down. But recently I’ve noticed these past 6 months I have cycles of low appetite, low energy, brainfog, nausea, fatigue, that will last for a week or two, then I have one good day of eating and energy and overall feeling of wellness, the next day after I return to the same weekly cycle of sickness. Why is this? (For more context I have had chronic debilitating health issues for the past 5 years only starting this diet under the guise of health)

        @Rabbi Well, when I CAN eat. I usually go for raw eggs, raw muscle meat (organs every once in a while) raw butter, raw milk, raw cheese. But when I have that weekly cycle I can usually only stomach raw cheese, raw milk, some eggs, and possibly some butter. (Keep in mind these portions are drastically reduced during this weekly period, but still at an adequate level of calories)

          @AutisticMan I think you need to drastically increase the amount of raw animal fat during those weeks, just force it. The less you eat the worse it will be and feel. Also this just means your body is doing some rebuilding or detoxing that takes energy so when that is done you will feel much better, but increasing the raw fat animal intake drastically will help a lot.

              @AutisticMan Yeah you just need to give the body enough energy and nutrients so it can leave you with some for basic bodily functions while it's doing the rebuilding / detoxing at the background, usually both.

                @AutisticMan dont eat organs in that period if you get it bad because of a raw diet happened to me i just stopped eating organs for a bit and it fixed it
