@Reyu one of the main points of the raw primal diet is to only eat raw, 100% natural food. Creatine is a powder with almost zero nutrients and poor bioavailability. You can still grow muscle without taking it, just increase your milk intake (not water, btw).

@Reyu Its a industrial drug made in laboratories with syntethic chemicals making it highly toxic for human body

Yeah and think about it this way; I want to gain weight so being a bit bloated is fine. But from what Ive heard all creatine really does at its core is water retention. It draws water into my muscles, which makes me weigh more and I'll probably perform better in the gym like getting 1–2 extra reps.

And why do people say that a certain amount of creatine can lead to a cognitive boost? The reason is that your brain also uses creatine as an energy source. Studies suggest it may improve short-term memory and mental fatigue especially in people who are sleep deprived or don't eat much meat, so there's actually some truth to it.

And let's say I hit my goal, I can just stop taking it, no?. It will slowly fade away. I'm not going to take creatine for the rest of my life, obviously, since I'm not going to keep spending money on the same supplement for years. And when you stop, your body just returns to its natural creatine baseline within a few weeks.

As for people who say "just eat food creatine is found in meat anyway" others argue that supplements provide a much higher more concentrated dose, meaning you don't need to eat large amounts of meat to hit the same levels. That part is also true you'd need to eat around 1kg of beef daily to match a standard 5g creatine supplement dose. So?

@Reyu Okay sure you want to gain weight. But I just want to say it causes all of your systems to become inflamed and bloated, its not how the human body should be. Creatine can only make you little bit smarter short-term as its poison, and poisons cause fight-or-flight reaction where your brain tries to perform better because it's intoxicated. The toxic creatine will store in your tissues, especially fat tissue and cause problems to cells around it long-term even after stopping intake. EVERYTHING that disrupts normal bodily systems is toxin. It makes your body HARDER to be healthier as your body has more water it should. Every chemical reaction your body needs to make to keep it healthy becomes much harder.

I know you have read the mainstream science the creatine companies have made. Just eat raw animal-based diet properly your muscles will grow bigger and stronger they have ever been if you eat enough.

@ENAMV Did you post that photo while you were on creatine, thats not a good reference? And you’re saying you got stronger without going to the gym or eating properly? Only Eating properly isn’t steroids it won’t magically build muscle for you.

I belive you have to sacrifice something in your life to achieve something, for example I want to have a good physique then I will go to gym and ( good point) --> I will eat raw priaml food at the same time why wouldnt it be optimal

@Reyu it can be if. Anything that is overly stressful for your body is bad. Its simple: if it hurts, its bad.
