    It might sound crazy, but everything you've heard about posture so far is cope.

    This is what everyone believes is "a good posture":

    This position is completely wrong.
    The torso is rotated, the head is pulled back (which closes the airways), all the weight is supported on the erector spinae muscles, and the lower part of the spine is bent.The feet are not taken into account for this posture.

    The back should be expanded, the head forward and up, the sternum straight, the rib cage expanded; furthermore, the feet, when walking, should move in a spiral and straight.

      Good post. One of us ought to do a detailed post on natural movement and posture cause I watch everyone's gait and it's completely ruined.
