The torso is rotated, the head is pulled back (which closes the airways), all the weight is supported on the erector spinae muscles, and the lower part of the spine is bent.The feet are not taken into account for this posture.The back should be expanded, the head forward and up, the sternum straight, the rib cage expanded; furthermore, the feet, when walking, should move in a spiral and straight.
