Hi everyone, I'll let you know in advance that I'm using Google Translate for this post.
I'm 17 years old, and I started getting into healthy eating a few weeks ago. My dad is a farmer, and I've been storing meat from healthy cows in a special large chest freezer for at least a month now. What's the best way to start eating meat? I drink over six raw eggs and half a liter of raw milk every day, and I eat cooked meat that my grandmother cooks for me, as well as some vegetables or fruit, as I've recently been constipated and I think I need more fiber. How can I start eating meat the best way?

@Mishutka_47 The best way to fix constipation fast is to make fermented raw milk. Put some raw milk in bottle, but cloth over it so no air gets inside and let it be on room temperature for 48 hours and drink.
And yeah eat the raw meat like you want, you can make beef tartar also.

@Rabbi Should I just take the meat out of the freezer, wait for it to thaw, and eat it? Even rawprimal says that freezing meat loses its quality, and will it make me sick?

@Mishutka_47 Fiber will exacerbate your issue. This has been shown in studies. Not having fiber will not constipate you. You should avoid insoluble fiber altogether as it is an antinutrient. You want to try to eat meat as fresh as you can without freezing it to maintain the most nutrients. You should drink more milk because it's possible to grow still and it seems that at least a liter a day is a good idea for maximizing height growth.
