First of all, this post Is NO hate against Aajonus, or his ideas. The Primal Diet is good, BUT the people worshipping Aajonus really have no brain. Half the formulas he made doesn’t work and there is no proof it works. Use ur own brain. Also not everything is „detox“. For example if ur Family ate bad the last generations, and your predisposed to hormonal acne in puberty, it’s not detox and there’s no fix rather than medicine. Aajonus worshipers just trust his works and what he said without questioning anything. He’s just a human and not everything he says is right. For example the ‚pain formula‘ is mostly placebo, nothing works against pain then your own body. The things won’t help reducing the pain, eating good longterm will. Wake up your brainwashed the same as a vegan. Bring your own ideas into your diet. And eat what your body craves. Your body does not crave any formula like the nut cope formula which is not good for you because it’s filled with pufas. He just mixed ingredients and said they do something combined without any proof. Anyone who disagrees is just low iq. Debate me.

Be high iq, i know if someone is low iq or not. If you just believe anything anyone says your not the smartest. Someone who always replies with nonesense is not smart. You have to really hit people to make them rage. These people won’t accept new things or new ideas not simply because they don’t want to, but because they can’t. Someone told them this is good, and they won’t accept or question anything you say. For example you could be a football trainer, and you say that this Taktik works for winning, now if someone else says that it doesn’t work they won’t accept this. Because their leader said this is the best tactic. -

@rawPrimalBube1 He is right about many things but not all. It wiuld be delusional to say he was fully right as he is not god or super genius like if he was super genius he would have like 10s of thousands of pages of analysis on health topics and practical studies and knowledge. He has not that much. I think he just got lucky when he tried raw animal foods and the other stuff is kinda eh idk. Could work though but I find the nutrients are what make raw animal foods beneficial not some combinations and rigid rules.
We can still learn a lot from him.
