First of all, this post Is NO hate against Aajonus, or his ideas. The Primal Diet is good, BUT the people worshipping Aajonus really have no brain. Half the formulas he made doesn’t work and there is no proof it works. Use ur own brain. Also not everything is „detox“. You have to really hit people to make them rage. These people won’t accept new things or new ideas not simply because they don’t want to, but because they can’t. Someone told them this is good, and they won’t accept or question anything you say. For example you could be a football trainer, and you say that this Taktik works for winning, now if someone else says that it doesn’t work they won’t accept this. Because their leader said this is the best tactic. -
