i’m fermenting my milk rn so i can make raw cheese butt i don’t want like cottage cheese how can i make like idk uhhh ah yes like cubes or idk slices

Hes asking a question. How can he make cheese by preventing making some sort of cottage cheese. He want the raw cheese to be like the blocks of cheese.
