I ate a medium rare T-bone last night. slowly chopped off either side of the bone, chewed it for ages (the texture made me continuously grimace, though i guess i hid the expression because no one noticed) and swallowed down each bite. i had to stop myself from throwing up multiple times.
even forced down some of the bone marrow, and a load of the fat. i know it's good for most but i can't see why my body would react this way. i genuinely cant stomach it. i must be autistic or something and have sensory issues, the slimeliness is too much.i also forgot to mention that later that day, my disgust caught up to me. i puked multiple times because of it.
i can't eat slop either, so i usually end up starving and just eating a load of fruit and drinking a ton of whole milk.
what the hell is my problem? any fixes?

I had this problem a while ago I got sick and felt repulsed by all meat and ended up just eating fruit and dairy for like 3 days, but this was only because I was sick don't know if this applies to you. Also you shouldn't force yourself to eat anything you should enjoy your food maybe your meat is from a bad source?

@aiden Currently im eating meat in spain at a restaurant. ill asj about the sources from now on. all the previous times it was in england most at restaurants but some from the butchers. i suppose some of the steaks i ate were less disgusting than others, but i have yet to remotely enjoy steaks in taste or texture. my only joy is imagining my health.

@dollarspread Not confident in eating raw chicken, I'm still not fully convinced by the rawprimal diet and dedicated enough. beef is okay because ive seen it be eaten lots. chicken is something less popular raw.
and also i know i wouldn't like the taste. of course ive cooked chicken, and the texture of it is even more slimy than beef. beef is chewy, chicken i can imagine is soft and slimy.
