do yall think that aajonus is right about raw cheese picking up toxins like a sponge, and second question is that ive seen that the cheese needs to be dry but ive been wondering if its much worse if the cheese is moist

Drying (the removal of moisture) kills bacteria which disables the enzymes and prevents digestion of the food.
