I cant enjoy the texture of raw meat how did you guys do it.

Imagine reaching a level of untrusting urself that you think making everything a big deal is right and you think you cant trust yourself and can not be chill about yourself/the situation your in whatsoever.

Many people struggle with mental health.
My question, everyone that does struggle,
Did it actually get better with this way of life, the way of eating raw meat?
