i am sure that quite a few of us have been sitting down all day & rotting for a huge part of our life, even throughout puberty.
all of that chronic sitting/inactivity lead to having posture problems such as APT, rib flare, forward head posture, swayback posture, a weird jumpy walk/gait and so on.
now, the diet won't just fix these issues without our own input.
so how do we go on about fixing them? exercise? habits? (walking barefoot all the time, being active, etc)
some insight on this topic would definitely be helpful for a lot of us.
