@Rabbi you see what I mean. If the goyslop diet is so bad, even a bad try at the raw primal diet should show some tangible improvements. Also this moving the goalposts in the primal community is so annoying. It’s always like, “you didn’t eat enough bull testicels bro,” “not enough sunlight in the eyes,” “too much EMF during sleep.”

If anyone complains about the diet, there is always something they are doing bad. Feels like the not real communism argument. I was just asking for proofs.

But to answer your question, yeah I did eat organs. Maybe not enough of them or not good quality enough, but idk.

@ela I mean, I’ve tried raw primal before and noticed some benefits, but honestly nothing that significant — that’s why I’m asking. It also kind of feels like coping. Maybe I just started too late, which is why I think development has far more benefits than raw primal in adulthood.

Is there any legit scientific evidence for the raw primal diet that isn’t sketchy? I’m trying to figure out if there’s actual truth behind it or if it’s mostly cope. I mean besides Pottenger, Price and Aajonus
