Im new here, and im not really sure about primal diets, were they lying to us this entire time?

This is a dumb question from me, and a low iq post, but

They see others as Subhuman, maybe worser than them in some parts of life, and maybe that's true, and some of them call themselves "ND", sometimes forcing to be it, I js think thats kinda weird, and though some people are naturally ND, I don't know why some try to force themselves to be "ND".

Isn't being NT a good way to like, ascend, and be liked by others? Isn't LM/BP not just about looking better but being good to others?

I tried to force myself to being ND but it just gave me a cortisol spike and made my face bloated.
