Raw Milk: The Reality about it -
Raw Milk: The Reality about itI've been drinking Raw Milk from nearby farm for around 4 months, around 10L per week.
Firstly, you SHOULD pasteurise your milk if you don't know your source and the way he works with his animals.
The pasteurisation is just a lame excuse of big companies/lame farmers that doesn't care about their animals, therefore the quality of milk degrades, naturally and you get food poisoning if you don't boil their F tier quality product.
These are pros and cons that I experienced:
Pros:- No acne or wrinkles from Raw Milk unlike it's pasteurised side which gave me cystic acne from lack of enzymes to help me digest it properly and therefore it damaged my gut microbiome which caused more acne and oil production in my face.
- 1000x better hydration then pasteurised milk and even better then water in every way, less electrolytes (which dehydrate you) and more nutrients, and we all love them right.
- More energy and never feeling hungry, logically that's because of nutrient density of Raw Milk itself.
Cons: - My mom hates it.

How much raw food to reverse effects of goyslop for the last 20yrs does it take?@Rabbi I mean I don't have nothing in particular, I am just malnourished of essential minerals and vitamins during my whole life basically because all I ate was bread, low tier muscle meat, eggs, A LOT of store milk and began drinking energy drinks as 11-12 yo.
Last 3 years I've been working out for aesthetics purposes only, since then I've been eating 6-8 eggs a day (cooked on pig fat, not oils) and I tried raw liver once but it was awful, it had grey membrane over it and it wasn't really bright red more like grey-reddish, what do you think? -
