@RuskinPrimal I don’t have a place to get complete raw milk I can only get non homogenised but pasteurised milk, and I don’t really have good high quality meat but I do like the taste of raw meat so I can eat alot of it if I wanted

Can anyone tell me how to grow my facial bones on the raw primal diet?, I also want to be taller and I need help picking out foods to eat and also I wanna grow my hair out and stuff
