@XqurZz I think you’re overthinking. The truth is we don’t know the true history of humans. We can speculate all we want, but at the end of the day if you are eating what makes you feel complete, that’s all that matters.

@88 nah it’s so that when they eventually ban meat and dairy, the people are already accustomed to bans and won’t question it as much. They are slowly trying to limit our lives more and more.

@88 Yeah okay if you were raped into doing it that’s one thing. But if your parents did what they believed to be right, then that is love, even if it wasn’t the right decision in your opinion. I also struggle with resentment for my parents but they still love me.

I just get random nose bleeds. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes nothing for weeks. Really random, can someone explain?

I wake up sometimes with itchy eyes, or sometimes later in the morning also. Sometimes accompanied by an itchy throat. What could it be, just detox? Or environmental toxins?

Okay so I started spending a lot more time standing up this last two weeks, and now it aches behind my balls. Is this concerning?

@ela If you eat raw primal, according to Aajonus the actual birth will be very straightforward and not painful. A lot less contractions than an unhealthy mother. Also, if you have children younger that also helps because your bones aren’t set yet.

I also noticed this when living in hot humid countries. I think it might be a sign you are not eating enough raw fat, so toxins have to leave out through the skin instead.

So in the last year I’ve drunk hundreds of litres of raw milk, from different animals, farms and countries. And one thing I noticed from every single one, is that when I’m consistently drinking raw milk, I look slightly more bloated and just feel like I can’t think as straight. Maybe it’s inflammation. I really like drinking it, and I crave it, but I feel like it affects me negatively. Can anyone relate? I’m thinking of not drinking it for a while, and then reintroducing it to see. Perhaps it’s the sugar, maybe trying only fermented raw milk? It’s definitely not an A1 problem, I get this with goats milk too.

@ela you’re in the UK right? UK weather right now has been kinda nuts recently, the sun here is just different compared to Africa. I feel really weird outside sometimes, and I get dizzy or feel like going inside. Or maybe you are just dehydrated? Or low blood sugar?
