Yeah I’ve heard about people saying that animal and dairy fats should be your main energy source , but nobody ever talked about transitioning from a carb based diet.
I do sports during the day (swimming and tennis), do you recommend any good carb sources into transitioning or should I just drop the carbs? I don’t eat that many carbohydrates throughout the day besides a bit of sweet potatoes or grains. All of my meals already consist of mainly meat
