Ghee or butter -
Linoleic acid in grain-fed pork@zygomidus I live in Estonia and I havent found a single place selling raw butter. Also in the winter, many farms dont sell anything so its hard to get raw animal fat. If I actually werent able to get any raw butter or animal fats, what would be the best approach?

Linoleic acid in grain-fed porkIs the high linoleic acid/omega-6 content in grain-fed a problem? I dont have enough money to consistently buy grass-fed meat, so I usually buy grain fed pork. I only recently got notice of the high linoleic acid content in grain-fed pork. My biggest concern is if its going to act similar to seed oils in my body. I know the pork isnt highly processed like seed oils but the high omega-6 content still seems like a problem to me. Is it a problem in my diet?

Alcohol detox@Rabbi Im not sure if this is science backed but I can confirm that even a cooked, mostly carnivorous diet helps with hangovers (atleast what ive observed in the past). So based off that I guess it helps.

Alcohol detoxYeah, sadly today I had the genius idea of drinking. I didnt exactly eat raw eggs or raw milk before it, but I did eat a meal consisting of 500g minced pork and like 250g cottage cheese with some milk right before. I havent yet fully transitioned into the raw diet, so the pork was cooked. The pasteurized milk today was an exception though (usually drink raw milk), and I do plan on eating a few raw eggs later today. Im hoping that the alcohol still wont do as much damage as to a normal grain eating human.

Alcohol detoxWhat are the best ways to detox from alcohol, possibly the same night?

Aajonus vegetable juice@Swansven Yeah the alkalinity theory might be real. I haven't really done my research on it so I have no oppositions on it currently. But the way he discredited the anti-nutrients/toxins in celery in that video, seemed off to me. He basically just threw them out the window if you ask me. So I think there might be some truth to that, but for now I'll skip the vegetable juice.

Aajonus vegetable juice@Elina There's a theory that Aajonus was just promoting some juice maker companies, not actually believing in the effects of the juice itself. It kinda matches up if you ask me. I watched the video on vegetable juice by Resident Raw and I'll be honest, he seems to also just be promoting his course, which has a electronics in it like a vegetable juice machine, and he only reccomends one by a specific company. Also FaceIQ and Resident raw are good friends by my knowledge, but faceIQ does not promote any vegetable juices, which feels weird because I would think FaceIQ and Resident Raw would have similar enough views on this matter considering their close friendship. So to sum it up, seems to me everyone who's promoting vegetable juice, has a possible agenda for doing it.

Aajonus vegetable juice@Rabbi So it's just causing detox symptoms, not actual detox?

Aajonus vegetable juiceIve seen Aajonus Vonderplanitz talk about vegetable juice many times, he says it helps the body detox from heavy metals and toxins. Is there any actual evidence to this, does it work? And are there any downsides to this?

Raw eggsSo I've seen debates on raw meat and how you should not eat it from vaccinated animals in big, cramped farms. So using the same logic you shouldn't eat raw eggs from big industry farms that come from vaccinated chickens. Does the same principle apply here?
