@epiccoolman123 had the same shit for months straight bro im so sry. what helped me is grounding, sunlight and less of diet stuff (ofc always plays an important role).

as i started getting into that stuff back in 2023-24 a lot of members would blend brain, eyes, liver etc. into their shake with milk and honey to cover up the unfamiliar taste. as u continue u lower the milk n honey intake until u r able to eat it raw. did yall ever try that? or how did u get used to the new taste?
