  • Is the fat around the heart good to eat?
    magickondorM magickondor

@love I heard that fat around kidneys is the best and tastiest so im not sure how that really works

  • When did you eat raw meat/organs first time?
    magickondorM magickondor

@Rabbi im pretty sure it was late 2024 and i wanted to try it since i’ve heared it really healthy. Fortunately the first liver i bought was extremely fresh, literally covered in blood. Its was smth around 300g of chicken liver and i ate it very fast because it tasted sweet.
Afterwards i literally felt high, i just sat on my balcony for two hours staring outside, feeling like myself for the first time ever, just insane euphoria. Never been the same ever since.
I feel like i was reborn that day.

  • Septum Ring Theory (interesting read)

@L204660 I knew a girl that had a septum and she literally checks every box exept the body count. However as you said she prolly lied about it.

  • High Meat Tutorial
    magickondorM magickondor

*1 prepare an organ of your prefered choice and a jar wih a lid.

*2 Disinfect the jar and the lid (so that no unwanted microbes stay inside)
Do that by pouring boiling hot water into the jar and the lid and wait till it cools down.
After it cools down pour the water out but DO NOT touch the inside of the jar after disinfecting it (for an obvious reason) try to make the jar dry without touching it from the inside

*3 if the jar is dry and disinfected cut the organ into cubes and try to place it inside of the jar in a way that allows the organ cubes to have a big surface of contact with oxygen (so it can ferment with aerobic bacteria because thats the goal here)

*4 that put the lid on the jar WITHOUT fully closing it, just put the lid on the jar we need to keep a steady flow of fresh oxygen for the bacteria to flourish properly

*5 leave it for 24h in a place of your prefered choice (fridge or somewhere with room temperature)(will explain the difference at the end)

*6 after 24h have passed take the lid off of the jar and flip the cubes around with a fork(so that different parts have also access to oxygen and to even out the fermentation)

*7 keep fliping the cubes daily and try one cube every week or so

If you make high meat in a fridge it will ferment waaay slower than in room temprature

IMPORTANT: never close the lid because the meat will go rancid and taste like shit

if you have any questions feel free to ask

  • Rotten food
    magickondorM magickondor

@Pierrot Raw rotten meat seems disgusting because you've been told that it is. I personally tried some high meat in early 2025 just to see what its about. And to my suprise it wasnt disgusting at all, not even the smell, it just looks gross but it smelled like chocolate cheese and it tasted like spicy chocolate cheese. First high meat i've made as a complete beginner was 3 month old rotten chicken liver and it tasted great, but i havent eaten it since cuz it takes a long time to ferment and im too lazy. Im deff looking foward to making some more in the future tho
if you want me to i can write out a simple tutorial on how to make it safely 🙂

  • Dry scalp
    magickondorM magickondor

Something intresting i noticed with my scalp and hair is that the more time i spend in nature the better my hair feels and looks. During the summer i was sunbathing for hours everyday and my scalp and hair were in peak health, however when winter started and the sun was out less often i wasnt sunbathing anymore so i mostly stayed at home. At the same time my hair started looking unhealthy again and my scalp got dry, but when i noticed that, i started spending time in nature again and my hair got better.

Basically try to sunbathe in the morning as much as possible and let wind with some fresh air go through your scalp.

  • Vaccinated 20% grain fed bone marrow

Maybe try eating a small portion first and wait it out. If you will still be fine after a day or two it is likely safe to eat.

  • idea why fasting causes short term benefits even though its overall unhealthy long-term.
    magickondorM magickondor

@devlin Autophagy is constantly in use if you are in a ketogentic state. Therefore if you are on a raw meat diet you can enjoy the benefits of autophagy without the drawbacks(healthy cell destruction).

  • What do you guys think about blackpill?
    magickondorM magickondor

If by blackpill you mean „looks and success in life are genetically predetermined” i dont fully agree with that ideology. Yes i do believe that lookism is real and a part of our society, but i dont think looks are genetically predetermined, i would say they’re mostly developmental. Two people with the same exact genetics would grow up to look differently depending on their diet.
And also epigenetics are altered with nutrition so it seems like a good diet can also change future generetions.

  • Teeth
    magickondorM magickondor

Yeah, i generally agree with you i personally believe that bacteria are „natural” and i dont try to mess with that. However i make an exeption only when it comes to my mouth because when i occasionally eat something not raw i feel like my microbiome becomes unnatural and kind of acidic. Which makes me feel uncomfortable.

(Btw i do the thing with coconut oil not more often than once a month)

  • Teeth
    magickondorM magickondor

What i personally do when i feel like i have bad breath is brush my teeth gently with unrefined coconut oil. It has anti-bacterial properties so it might be useful when you want to "reset" your mouth microbiome.
