If its a small fish you can eat it fully usually, and if its like medium fish then you can remove the digestive tract and gills. but sounds cool!

@Rawwbp u can hunt with adult if ur 14+ but theres many regulations and they have to clean it and drain the blood. im gonna try getting blood from butcher, i alrdy get raw organs and order raw milk online. hopefully they'll have. i dont like fish idk
