here’s what my diet looks like. i don’t eat all of this every day but it’s a general list of foods i eat:
Eggs, Steak, Occasionally Ground Beef 80/20, Salmon, Chicken, Beef Liver, Chicken Heart, Brain, Kidney, Spleen, Pancreas, Occasionally Testicles, Bone Marrow/Bone Broth, Raw Milk, Raw Butter, Raw Cheddar, Raw Colostrum, Raw Blood, Raw Kefir, Raw Honey, Oysters, Scallops, Clams, Shrimp, Avocados, Berries, Bananas, Pineapples, Pomegranate, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Carrots, Zucchini, Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Occasionally Broccoli, Maybe Tomato and Cucumbers.
i eat 95 percent animal based/meat based foods. the fruits and veggies are a very small portion of my meals. idk if i should eliminate them completely or keep some. lmk your thoughts
