@141Arthur I would no joke drink more eggs but the farmer i am buying from does not have that much hens, so I kind of ration my eggs at the end of the week

Almost everyone says to buy meat products from a butcher if you cant find a trusted farmer to buy meat from but isn't meat from the butcher the same as in supermarkets? Of course if you buy from a butcher the meat is gonna be more fresh than from a supermarket but its also vaxed and fed shit so I really don't get it.
I been eating 3-25 raw eggs daily for 3 months now because its the only thing I can get from a farm which is high quality. I am trying to find raw milk as of now, but I really want some meat. What should I do? I live in a small town, in Lithuania.
