@Elliott87 you're right but still i could be somewhere better and have the ability to sustain a strict primal diet. but it is what it is, stressing won't help with anything

@JRUNJRJRJNN-RNJ where do u even find good quality organs and meat in Saudi? I'm in Riyadh and the only thing i got is raw milk which I'm not even so sure concerning its quality
