@zygomidus yea i noticed when i eat my meat right out of the fridge it tastes horrible. Same with eggs. I always try to leave it out for 1h before eating it
@ENAMV if you have properly entrained your circadian rhythm and then you still have the urge to nap then I would say that it's a good idea to do so. Your pineal gland knows best ma friend
@ENAMV Today I woke up at sunrise and just watched out my window while listening to music but it’s probably easier for me to not be bored because I live near a lot of wildlife which is interesting
