@Elliott87 my grandma has cancer and is currently going through chemo, she can hardly move her legs anymore and it’s sad to think that she could potentially be saved with this diet but would never do it
@Liverlover yeah, never refrigerated milk is best. Ask your farmer not to refrigerate it if you can, set it aside at room temp. Next best is is fridge milk that is never cooled below 45°F, any colder than that and the milk will begin to breakdown
My sister is actually cool about it, she used to be a vegan and then got major problems which is probably why she is so open to the idea. She told me that the other day she went to a game restaurant and ate deer taretare and duck hearts
@Jay the only genetics is enzyme mutations which can process the poor nutrients better and handle the toxins better. Also not having so many vaccines and antibiotics. When the bacteria get destroyed by antibiotics you lose your last line of defense on a shitty diet.
