@veloman yes, id separate the yolk and the white, then place my finger in the whites to get a little drop and apply it in my eye like eyedrops, then after i would close my eye and move it around to fully coat it

@veloman Yes, i actually know it works aswell because I used to wear glasses (+2.5)
I would apply egg whites to my eyes everyday, sometimes even twice a day; and about twice a week i would mix butter and eggwhites and apply that aswell
I no longer need glasses to read, although i still try not to strain them so i used bigger text when i read : )

@Jay a lot of people go to the gym more than they would hunt and for longer periods too, im not 100% against gym by the way. Im just saying what I hear

I do like muscular men but you can achieve that without going to the gym daily

@fighterhp Well it’s obviously a detox, the best thing to do is just try to rest, eat lots and drink lots of milk
You could try speeding up the detox by trying other detox methods perhaps

I also think it depends on whether you are male or female, the two sexes may feel differently.
I think the most important thing is thinking about how YOU feel, are you addicted to it? Do you feel good or bad after? Do you find yourself having bad habits if you do jerk off (porn, looking at people on social media, etc)?
