Stop coming to this forum asking for looks advice. The diet is supposed to make you live a longer, healthier and stress/disease free life. You're not gonna become a supermodel just because you follow it. Ofc, there's gonna be major changes on your skin, hair, and etc but you have to understand that problems such as acne, dry scalp and dry hair are health issues caused by the toxins stored in your body and since you're healing yourself and detoxing those problems will go away. There is no magic formula or diet that will get you to grow 20+cm
