@Rabbi Do i eat fruits too or some other foods?

Yo has anyone that lives in Florida tried ordering from SWR. They are kind of expensive but the products taste good and they have good variety. Does anyone know about the quality of the animals and are there better farms in the region that you may prefer? Plz help

Advice for maximum development? I am in early teen years, male. My parents dont let me only eat raw meat but i get some every couple days and get raw liver weekly, and a lot raw dairy almost daily. My question is what should i do for maximum development during puberty, and life setup. Do i work out? What should my diet look like(be as specific as possible plz)? Should I focus on girls? Do i work hard in school and sometimes end up getting little sleep? Like idk any advice from people familiar in this lifestyle field would be great (i live in a tropical climate, if i didnt have school i could be getting wayyy more sun), u dont gotta answer all the questions js some advice plz, thank you.
