Hey guys recently i found a good source near me and i asked to them what does the cow eats in general? They said in summer the cows graze on grass but in winter bc of snow they stay indoors and eat hay or other things idk. They said in turkey its hard to like make the cows eat only grass at winter bc there is too much snow so idk what do you guys think is this guy chill?

I dont really do the primal diet that right like im pretty sure i dont even come close to the original diet but i tried some raw milk like 3-4 days ago and i drank some raw eggs throughout this week and i started getting stomach aches and then i had diarrhea i am 15 i want to continue eating raw but my parents after like me having aches and diarrhea and all kinda stuff they dont really support me eating these and like i just eat raw eggs and drink raw milk somedays i eat my meats or chicken cooked like idk is this like detox? Help me pls im new
