Introduced raw kefir like two days ago and has been getting some cramps/stomach pain. Anyone felt the same? Maybe just something temporary?

Ahh i feel you, had the same with my ex. Im the same tbh haha, so cant really give you advice. I could get really intense and say stuff i didnt mean to get a reaction. I think the feeling that way is natural, hurting/getting hurt from people you love is traumatic period, both mentally and for you subconscious, so feeling angry or just intense feelings overall isnt weird. But what worked for me was just to put it into perspective and not take yourself too seriously, might be easier said then done tho
