I am from Algeria, specifically from the capital. I am new to this field and have not tried anything new in meat or organs yet. I have not found any butcher or farm that sells beef or lamb that has been raised naturally and has not been injected with hormones or vaccinated. However, I found someone who sells chickens and roosters and slaughters them for me, and I will try to start with that, because they are 100% naturally raised. The important thing is that I can also eat fish, bee products, and dairy products, all of which are raw. Someone told me that I can eat raw meat sold in butcher shops, even if the animals are not 100% natural, as long as I avoid eating the internal organs.

@love okay noted but liver i need grass feed cow and sheep but there is some organic grass feed roosters and chickens until i find cows and sheep is that okay?

@Rabbi for organs i cant get them until find someone have organic animal grass feed, im from algeria and i found roosters and chickens and they are grass feed, i can get seafoods and raw honey and roual jelly etc (my problem is money)anyway im gonna do best and for raw meat someone told me that i can consume the vaccinated one and not gras feed not optimal but if there is none grass feed animals (not for organs tho)

My main goal is to get wider frame im already tall close to 6’2, i want to develop my skull more forward and wider and fix my posture
