This shit is actually dope. Remember to use milk and ACV on tap water if you're using it
-Water temp to 110°F, try to submerge as best you can for 90 minutes. And bring food to keep you hydrated. Seed oils come out. It actually works. The bottom of my bath tub was oily and I keep pulling hardened oils off of my skin and out of my eye crusties. Also peeing a few of them out (only a little painful)

If you go longer than 90 minutes the tub will need to be drained and refilled to up the temperature to keep it above 100°F and eat the lymph detox formula if you can but it's not necessarily, for large folks 190cm+ aajonus recommend

    -1 cup pineapple
    -6tsbp coconut cream
    -3tbsp butter
    -2tbsp cream

Lessen the amount of each one if you're smaller.

@love if you start at 110°, it decreases but stays above 100° for 90 minutes which is fine. Closer to the 2 hour mark it drops below 90 minutes and you'd have to raise the temperature

@Ozanq1 yes, after about 90 minutes it usually drops below 100F. Then you would need to re heat it
