Hey I have a pretty bad nicotine addiction not to the point where I always need to have it but I just don’t stress when I have nicotine pouches with me so I wanna know how bad it is for me and if you have any advice

Nicotine is not addictive, its other chemicals in nicotine products which are. Theres isnt something specific one can do, your body is one, eat raw meat, stop consuming poisons

@rashed imo theres nothing like getting addicted. Who controls you when you dont do it?You have the full power about your body and your soul and when you learned this nothing can stop you.
