Hey, I was wondering. One thing is certain: the raw food diet is the natural diet for humans. I don't personally know anyone who follows this diet, but I know that many people on this forum do. Beauty is a reflection of our health, and I'm very interested in appearance and looksmaxing. I wondered if the raw food community is attractive because of this diet—shiny skin, developed bone mass, etc., indicators of good health.

I assume your refering to smv when you mean attractive cuz literally what else could you mean. It depends heavily where you started and what happened while you grew up. I am actually actively researching this topic and making a documentary about it. We are the healthiest group of people in terms of what we do and preach but nobody here has eaten naturally since birth so development wise it's still bad and we are detoxing toxins. Just because you had one steak doesn't mean you become true adam/stacy or whatever you wanna call it (or what I would call it a normal looking human). But one thing is for sure, eating naturally will get you how you should be. You are supposed to have "shiny" skin, you are supposed to have "developed" (lmao) bone mass you are supposed to have nice looking hair etc etc. What the looksmaxxing community and all these naive people don't realize is that you are supposed to have all these things by default and never even have to worry about it. Never said the definition of lookmaxxing is wrong but one has to learn from a natural perspective. I wouldn't even call most supermodels "attractive" when you compare to what human are supposed to look like as a specie.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

My little cousin calls me a HTN (which is good i think)

I grew up on chicken nuggets & mcdonalds and woman call me handsome here & there. But looks are subjective more or less. So i think I did somewhat ok for what i ate, FaceIQ Labs put me at a 6 lol

I think the majority of this forum got into raw meat too late, alot of the forum is like 16-early 20s. So it's a bit too late to get into primal for significant changes in facial structure & development.
