So I started eating raw foods maybe a month ago and since the starting point I've been eating like 100-200g of honey a day, everyday. Now yesterday I tried a teaspoon and my throat burned and tingled as well as my palate. I hope I didnt just develop and allergy to honey or smth

@Vladimir it's your body telling you to ease up on the honey.
100-200g of honey is good initially to gain enzymes for raw meat+fat digestion but now your body probably doesn't need as much.
Just ease up and eat less of it, always listen to your body and intuition. It will guide you well

Also contact your honey company and make sure that the honey is never heated above 93F (34C). If it's possibly heated above this, it's not raw

@RuskinPrimal yep, 100-200 grams of honey is insane overkill. I'm suprised bro craved that much per day.
