I have known about this diet for a couple months and tried all raw foods here and there but not consistently. I think this week I will start but before I do I need to know if anyone who has autoimmune diseases has tried this and if so has it worked. The reading I ask is because I have two ( warm Auto immune hemolytic anemia and ulcerative colitis). And spoke to my doctor as I'm struggling with the anemia disease and he said in 4 weeks he will out me on a pill and I done a little research and it literally sais in the side effects increased of cancer in blood or skin. So i really dont want to take anymore oills i have had enough of them but at the same time this diet is so expensive i hope it will be worth it .I think all this pharmaceutical is all rubbish and for money. But I want proof that someone who has done this diet has actually cured their autoimmune disease.

@Anthony Hi Anthony, I also struggle with auto immune conditions. Not like yours, mine are all skin related. This diet has helped but it won't get better immediately. Your auto immune conditions are the prefered way that your body detoxes poisons that it has accumulated. This means that when starting the diet and being strict, it will likely get a little bit worse for the time being, but it will heal and you will get better and stronger over time. Tell your doctor to kick rocks. All drugs are bad always, no exceptions.

@Anthony The key question: Did you have this disease as child or did you develop it.
If its genetic you cant fully reverse it, if its non-genetic you can reverse it to non-disease state.
