@Liverlover refridgeration supposedly reduces IGF-1. Try to drink as close to straight from the cow as possible. That's why letting it sit to room temperature is better for digestion
@RuskinPrimal yo forget abt that. Raw milk doesn’t do much for growth hormones. FRESH living tissue, aka raw meat as close to slaughter as possible gives you growth hormones. Closer to living the more, ideally you would an animal alive

@RuskinPrimal so cold milk<refridgerated milk but let it sit to room temp<milk thats never been refridgerated. I’m just tryna find out if the difference between those last 2 is big enough to pay a farmer extra for the effort

@Liverlover yeah, never refrigerated milk is best. Ask your farmer not to refrigerate it if you can, set it aside at room temp. Next best is is fridge milk that is never cooled below 45°F, any colder than that and the milk will begin to breakdown
