raw milk

Aajonus once said something I found funny yet informative about this topic. He said something like, "Have you ever seen a calm goat?" He went on to explain that goat milk sort of energizes the individual, whereas cow or other mammal milk seems to have a more calming effect. That's what Aajonus claimed, anyway. If you look at it from a purely nutritional standpoint, it has slightly more fat, more calcium, and potassium. Better mineral profile, worse vitamin profile. Seemingly great nutrition, though. Also, all goats milk will be A2 dairy, the less inflammatory version of the casein protein. Cows milk will typically be A1 unless specifically stated to be A2/A2.

cow's milk tastes a thousand times better. i lived in a farm with both goats and cows and goats milk has this extremely weird earthy after taste that can stay in your mouth for a day. I didnt notice any of the hyperactive issues when i drank it even though i am someone that is prone to anxiety thoughts and hyperactivity. i think if you can get raw cows milk get that, and if you cant then get goat milk, it is still good nutritional wise
