Hay fever and seasonal allergies

I’ve been suffering from hay fever and spring allergies since it got warmer. Everytime i go outside my nose turns into a tap, i sneeze every other minute and even have a nasty cough. Does anyone know any solutions?

@asdvek Eating raw liver made me not have allergies anymore, I had it as bad as you and not anything anymore.

I tried to do 3 day fast and it helped moderately but raw liver is what fixed it for good.
