I still don't know much about the diet; could someone explain to me how harmful it is to store food in plastic, aluminum, etc.? And how harmful is it to store and ferment raw milk in plastic?

@pz1try愛 idk much about aluminium but milk in plastic can be pretty bad as the fat can help the microplastics leech into the milk, so definitely don’t ferment milk in plastic

@pz1try愛 ferment everything in glass, store in glass too. Just try to avoid plastic and metal, buy a bunch of mason jars

Don’t throw away milk if it came from plastic. It is still good, you’ll lose a bit of nutrients to detoxing the microplastics tho
