(not medical advice)This is one of the drafts I made that could be somewhat good food pyramid. these are not strict. only the 2 portions bracket is somewhat strict that you shouldnt eat crazy amounts of those, you can but they are very powerful. also very small amounts bracket is strict, those are very powerful foods.

Quality is critical: All foods must be 100% raw, unheated, from healthy pasture-raised or wild animals, free of antibiotics, hormones, and industrial toxins.
6 portions or more:
- raw cheese
- raw eggs
- raw milk
- raw meat
- raw animal blood (cow)
5 portions:
- raw chicken
- raw salmon
- raw butter
3 portions
- raw beef liver
- raw beef heart
2 portions:
- raw cow brain
- highly fermented raw milk
Very small amounts (1-3 tbsp or less, STRICT )
- Fermented raw meat
- Fermented raw organs (beef liver, heart)

@primaljulek I thought of it as in being like raw milk and raw eggs but im not completely sure. Also just for clarification I did not make this pyramid, I found it online
