I just smashed a nut formula (good asf) cause i was lowkey raging and pissed off at everything to detox my brain or whatever the heck it does anyways I feel better I was probably hungry but when I was eating it I realized like "ts hydrating asf" cause my lips were like hella plump and perfect after eating it and right beforehand they were super dry so I was wondering if putting some on my acne would help it so after I finished it I took my finger and scooped a bit and put it on the areas of my face that have acne and waiting for results. Anyone have any experience or ideas?

Bruh why would you rub seed slime on your skin. To fix your acne I would spam fermented foods. I like kefir personally. If you get your gut microbiome right your skin will get clear and start glowing and shit. Also eat a lot of clean saturated fat (not nuts), loads of sun, keep stress and and insulin low to reduce inflammation. Good luck
