@liverman12 it definitely could be a detox, I think eye twitchs are a common sign of high heavy metal. I don't remember which one, maybe mercury.
@RuskinPrimal I have a white tongue tho, heard it could be connected to a heavy metal detox?
-
yea detox, either toxins leaving ur muscle causing it or body induces it to clear blockages in the blood vessels or lypmh
- can't remember second part 100% exactly
@elliott88 interesting, wonder if it's common cuz it seems to me that most people don't experience this
-
@Bert can't imagine it would be stress either.
it started when I was most euphoric in my life, I don't work out, don't work, just chill and eat.my cortisol is extremely low daily so it's pretty weird
@liverman12 Sounds like a good life.

@Rabbi what electrolytes could I not be getting?
2L raw milk, steaks, liver, heart beef.
whole eggs, butter, idk man the diet seems good, I also feel good other than the weird twitching -

@liverman12 yeah make sure to scrape your tounge every morning to get that white stuff off
-
@liverman12 Lack of sodium, you need blood.
-
@Rabbi how come most other people don't get muscle twitches and most primal don't drink blood or eat salt.
I get all my sodium from beef and eggs
-
@liverman12 Try to calculate how much each electrolyte you are eating by putting your foods to calculator or such app and if the ratio is not optimal then it might be the reason.
Other would be your nervous system is in stress.
-
@Rabbi bro no way you are recommending me to use a man made machine to calculate man made numbers of imaginary minerals???
-
@liverman12 You are using man made forum rn.
-
I think its magnesium deficiency. within our man made idea of how the body works it counteracts calcium to relax the muscles. (All man made speculation btw)
