@Rabbi a lot of the sugar becomes enzymes in honey when you eat it (only if truly raw), so you can eat lots of honey but 1kg is crazy tbh lmao

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

Basically your honey shouldnt be heated above 93 degrees farenheit and it should crystalize within weeks due to the enzymes not being destroyed. If you buy honey from a small local business and they say they don't do anything with the honey ur probably fine but be careful in supermarkets. I look for honey that very viscous and isn't transparent.

@Jay I’m pretty sure it’s because they don’t eat enough fat. Our bodies can make fat from carbs, but this is inferior to just eating fat. Aajonus said we need at least 60% fat for our diets (correct me if I’m wrong)

@foidkiller1488 I would say that 60-80 percent fat is probably the ideal because that's the high range for non-industrialized tribes. Also, for the OP, the longer you go low carb the more adapted to burning fat you become. This happens over the course of 6 months. You will have a higher baseline of energy than even the high energy spikes of carbs by that time

Just wondering if any of you guy's do the Carb thing to the extent that Paul saladino & IQ do. Since I saw his video I laughed. But, I like to try new things so I went from 30-50 grams of carbs a day to 150-250

I must say, I do feel better but I also do go to the gym 3x a week so that could be why that is. Also, I also wake up slightly less aggressive since implementing carbs. I'm likely bumped out of Ketosis but it's totally worth it.

How have you guys felt with zero carb, few carbs & "alot" of carbs?

@Jay personally I did notice dips in energy starting off low carb trying to do cardio but in about a month my endurance actually improved. My strength training is probably worse but I don't tire as quickly. Also when I go super low carb I do notice I can focus significantly better and I'm not nearly as bloated. Currently milk maxxing and trying to grow though so can't really say I'm low carb.

                Enjoy the raw milk

@love I mean that's not much carbs since over 80% gets converted into enzymes
