    I knew that I remembered the >>dry<< part of the cheese detox correctly (https://rawprimal.org/topic/727/important-is-this-true-is-aajonus.net-compromised/8)

    The cheese MUST be raw, unsalted and dry. Eat a handful, roughly 3 by 3 cm cube sized piece of cheese every 10 minutes roughly on empty stomach witout eating anything else, expect rough detox symptoms such as stomach and headaches

      @love I ate 350g roughly daily by itself for 4 days (1.4kg) had insanely leaky diarrhea, wonder if that's good or not

          its probably not the cheese but something else. cheese helps with detox symptoms it shouldnt cause them. unless youre eating mold.

            @eatrawmeat yea you are in with the jews, https://eatrawmeat.online/. Minutes after eating the dry cheese I can feel the toxins being pulled out of my brain

              I mean it was insane, I was going 2-3 times a day to the toilet, barely desired any butter or fat, just cheese and liver and I was leaking so much
