@Jay I believe functional exercises are good ( they are not significantly stressful) to strengthen the body structurally like for example fixing muscles imbalances that cause poor posture. I believe exercise is to correct something that you lack that you naturally should have so actually you shouldn't even need to think about exercising ever. Lifting benching heavy weights up and down like most people just makes no sense to me.

If working out was unnatural wouldn't our bodies be rewarded to look like shit & not like Greek gods? We use a blender to make the lube formula but are blenders found in nature?
Of course when it comes to attraction, it's mostly the face. but to say that a bradd pitt fight club body doesn't elevate the chances is the cope of all copes.
Conclusion: If a woman wants to breed with you a little more likely because of your gains, does that not mean 'biochemically' that gaining muscle is heading in the right direction for passing off our genetics & continuing the species?

@foidkiller1488 LOL luckily I got super wide clavicals but you dont think, for example that side delt exercises can help accentuate your silhouette & boost you to chad status in anyway? you just always gotta be at default. This is what helps you "Frame Mog".

@Jay a wide frame naturally (without artificial muscles) is more attractive, just do the primal diet you will get very strong naturally. Also for those with narrow clavicles always look worse working out, I would attach pictures but I don’t got enough reps, u can see it on looksmax org tho
