This supposedly magic formula consists of raw butter, raw honey, and raw eggs.

    Cholesterol

First of all I want to say obviously we know cholesterol doesn't fucking cause heart disease. That's just big seed oil public narrative. From what I understand the 2 main causes of actual heart disease risk are 1. the oxidation and 2. the glycation of ldl cholesterol.

    Oxidation of ldl

Oxidation can be caused by a variety of reasons: inflammatory foods such as seed oils or other pufas, general stress, trans fats, smoking, chronic high and fluctuating blood sugar, lack of antioxidants. Oxidated ldl is incredibly harmful.

    Glycation of ldl

Glycation on the other hand is caused by glucose binding to ldl, making the ldl coated in sugar essentially, and the body is unable to recognize it anymore causing it to roam the bloodstream way longer eventually making loads of cholesterol bunch up in the blood way longer and also being more prone to oxidation.

    Saturated fat and carbs

That being said, I personally barely eat carbs and never together with saturated fat, since it will risk glycation. Think about it, in nature the combination of carbs and fats is super rare. You would either kill an animal and eat protein and fat, or find some berries and eat some carbs. Maybe once in a while you'd find honey but in general carbs were very rare and you'd really never eat them with fat.
Now the lube formula is from what I understand very unnatural and it won't hydrate your cells. It'll just glycate your cholesterol so you'll risk heart disease and it won't be able to be converted to testosterone.

    What y'all think

@Bert it's great for healing physical traumas and such but maybe not a good thing to do for the rest of your life in my opinion

            Enjoy the raw milk

@Bert interesting theory. you can also use the formula for a while and see how you feel to come to a better conclusion. a lot of primals listen brainlessly to info given to them instead of questioning it, so its good that you are questioning it. me personally i have seen significant positive changes when using the formula, which is why i will continue using it. you can experiment, its your body and no one can tell you whats good for it and whats not

@Bert also oxidation shouldn’t occur on the primal diet, where are u getting this information from? I am under the impression that raw animal fat does not oxidise I believe that wherever u got this from was conducted on someone who ate cooked fats and seed oils because absolutely no one eats raw animal fat really

@foidkiller1488 I believe you that it has loads of enzymes that would otherwise be destroyed by heat. But heating does not magically add 80% glucose/fructose does it

@Bert also oxidation shouldn’t occur on the primal diet, where are u getting this information from? I am under the impression that raw animal fat does not oxidise I believe that wherever u got this from was conducted on someone who ate cooked fats and seed oils because absolutely no one eats raw animal fat really

@foidkiller1488 Yeah you’re right raw animal fat won’t easily oxidize it’s mostly pufas. But it can still glycate. More likely with refined carbs but i’m not sure about the honey

@foidkiller1488 I believe you that it has loads of enzymes that would otherwise be destroyed by heat. But heating does not magically add 80% glucose/fructose does it

@Bert It does actually, the enzymes turn into sugar

@rawmeat I haven't tried it myself. What changes have you noticed from it. I can imagine it tastes good but don't let that fool you because fat/sugar is a combo the industry uses to get you hooked.

@Bert mood, sleep quality, hair and skin. emphasis on the hair and skin because those two had extremely significant changes. don't knock on it before you try it. and no its not about the taste, i do not like the taste of sweet food anyways.
